A mock Oxford pillowcase features a decorative fabric border around the edges, but without the stitched corner detailing—offering a clean, elegant look with a slightly relaxed feel. In contrast, a mitred Oxford pillowcase has a more tailored finish, with precisely sewn mitred (angled) corners that add structure and sophistication. Both styles enhance the appearance of your bedding, with the choice depending on whether you prefer a soft, casual edge or a sharp, formal touch. However, due to the way each style is manufactured, some embellishments may only be compatible with either the mock or mitred Oxford style.
